I saw a RAM (8 GB) that is cheap but it has a CL17 and 2400 mhz. My cpu currently is i3 9100F. Is that a decent RAM? Would I have any stutters when gaming? Btw I only play games on my PC. I don't edit or stream at all.

It's solved btw. I went to the store and they fixed by plugging one of the wires for the case to mobo correctly. I don't quite remember which wire was it but I think it had something to do with USB.
