I also seem to be running around 160 processes at any one time, is this too many? im using windows 10 and barely have anything open, why are there so many processes running?

also I believe my BIOS is already updated to the latest version after checking online

yes ive clean installed the graphics drivers using driver sweeper (did it for just about all my drivers)

also beginning to jitter when im typing at times

starting to think its a CPU problem, its taking me noticeably longer to load into games of CSGO, games / browsers are freezing or crashing more, etc.

how do I update the BIOS exactly? is there a way that I can sorta "reset" (for lack of better term) my CPU, similar to the way that I can uninstall and reinstall GPU drivers?
