    The intel graphics are still there, they just are running the basic windows drivers. If I remove the gpu and switch from hdmi to dvi then I can still use them

    When it comes to questions like this, I prefer to use a site called userbenchmark, where you can compare 2 parts. When it comes to to these specific gpus, the rx 470 is 57% faster on average, so I would say yes, it is worth it in my opinion.And yes, Sapphire is a well known and trustable brand.
