Yes they are all brand new just out of the box, How would i test the mother board?

So i tried setting up my pc today and i bent 1 pin in the motherboard where it connects to the cpu. I used a sharp object and pushed it back its about 90% to the original. Ive seen people online bend like 5 or 6 and get them back like mine and it works fine. However my pc wont boot up at all...
