I acually have 2 screens, the other one is an old samsung S24S390. If I boot with HDMI to the old screen the light does not appear. Also if I add the other screen (this one is DP) after booting the light doesn't appear either.

Yes I unfortunately don't have them anymore. But thanks for the help everyone, will get in contact with EVGA and try to get some cables from them. If not I'll order a 6, 6+2 cable from cablemod!

I just got ahold of a hold of a GTX 1080 with an 8 pin and 6 pin PCI-E connector. My old graphics card only had an 8 pin connector, and I do not have any extra PCI-E cables. I was doing a stress test in prime 95 and experienced these drops in CPU performance. http://imgur.com/gMo3gUb. My processor is AMD FX-8320 and my motherboard is 970A-G43 Any suggestions on what is happening? It seems systematic
