There is no option for refresh rate adjustment inside osd, or at least I can't find it

Hello, I bought a monitor a " VX2716-pc-mhd 27'' 165hz monitor "and I used the display port that came with the box and my refresh rate is capped at 100hz, I tried different solution no one of them seems to work, I tried changing it threw windows/NVidia control panel no one of them is showing...
