if it was a stuck key, I wouldn't be able to play any games or if I tried to type it would spam that key on and off...?? I'm nearly 100% positive its not a stuck key

It seems that the folder that has the majority of my icons/ pictures is already optimized, as it was in my pictures tab.. The main concern I would say is that my computer/control panel will not load, as I cannot access or click to access anything in these areas
