I'm primarily trying to record / stream Valorant at 1920x1080. I'm 100% certain that it has nothing to do with my in games settings, as I've tried to record multiple other games with no luck. Whenever I use the video encoder for my gpu it spikes to 100%.

My specs are RTX 2080, and R9 3900x. Every single time I try to use OBS, Nvidia Shadowplay, Medal, Discord screen share (you name it), the GPU video encoder in my task manager spikes up to 100%, and the video is very choppy, or my screen share will freeze. I've been having this issue for months...
