So, i never overclocked a CPU, i have now a Intel Dual Core e5500 2,8 ghz Cpu, with a stock Cpu fan and a 230 V Psu, so can i overclock my Cpu with those components ? And as i mentioned i never overclocked a Cpu :D

Thanks for the help, in the morning i just switched the HDD cables, from the mobo, the one runned my CD Rom is in the HDD now, and solved the problem, i dont lag anymore :D
