Check the cables, swap them out... maybe they are faulty in some way. If you have a dead pixel and the monitor is in warranty still, contact the manufacturer/seller they should send you a new one.

You're PSU is fine (maybe - I would always suggest getting a known brand), with FIFA 17-20 the Direct X error is common. I still get this error on my RTX 2070 some times, just have to deal with it as EA don't fix their games, there are a few tweaks you can do to minimize errors just Google...

Have you checked the RAM slots, something could have moved while your taking stuff in/out... Maybe a faulty RAM slot... try with one RAM in the slot (assuming you have two sticks)...
