what a shame that i bought the gtx 960 and the whole time i spent

Ok here are my specs i7 2600 old gpu gt 620 new gpu msi gtx 960 mobo medion MS 7797 8gb RAM 1 tb hdd

doesn't work but now it beeps continuously what should i do?!?!?!?

i only have one PCI E slot i can't start my pc at all

i have a corsair cx500 which is sufficient i think and the beeps are 4 short ones But what's really strange is is that when i plug my old gt 620 back it still beeps

So i installed the new msi gtx 960 and plugged in the power cables but when i boot the pc it doesn't show any signal and it makes a 4 times beep and when i plug my old card back it still beeps 4 times!!!!! Someone please help me ASAP!!!

My budget is around 50-60$

Which one has better graphics? Some say that a gtx 960 can't run all games at best performance, then why can a ps4 run all games at best performance?
