Pc beeps after installing new cpu cooler

I recently noticed that my cpu is overheating at some times so my pc got a new cooler and applied some thermal compound (pea sized) and after that press the power button but there is nothing on screen but fans are spinning and my pc makes some kind of beep noise, 4 short beep noises and that's it.

I think it has to do something with ram because when i remove the ram and press the power button it makes different kind of beeps.

I couldn't find any good help around the forums.

If RAM is missing, it'll beep differently. Is the CPU fan plugged in to the CPU fan header? If not, then it would read 0 RPM and might throw an error.

What exact motherboard is it? The 4 short beeps are a code, by looking that code up for your exact motherboard will give you a description of the type of error.

Yes it is plugged in and the cpu fan is spinning too.

It says something about system timer failure.
I've tried some suggestions like resetting cmos and reinstalling the gpu and cpu but it still doesn't boot

Ok nvrmind guys i just reinstalled the cpu and blew out the dust and now everything is fine!
