Just disabled Marvel ports and now instead of starting on the 3rd try it's down to the 2nd. Any other ideas?

Just ordered a new Sabertooth P67 motherboard and an i7-2600k cpu. Got it all together in my case, then when I power it up, it goes to the Asus Splash screen, then posts, says it can't find a drive, then restarts the process. Normally does it 3 times until it finds a drive. Haven't encountered...
