    Sorry, I'm not that tech savvy. Could you explain how the frequency being at 1600Mhz means that it is running at 3200Mhz?

    After changing it, under timings in CPU-Z it says that the DRAM frequency is at 1600Mhz.

    Ah I see, I missed that one part of your message. I'm gonna change it and see what it says after I reboot.

    In the Bios you see that it says 2133Mhz twice, which I assume is the speed labeling for each stick. When I click enabled XMP, only one of the 2133Mhz labels changes to 3199Mhz, which I assume is only changing the speed of one of the sticks.

    It came in a package of 2x8 3200Mhz Corsair Vengeance Ram. They were packaged together.

    So I went into my bios to change my ram's speed and went to enable the XMP profile, however upon doing so, it only changed one of the ram stick's speed.     RAM not running at 3200, only running at 2133

    After having my PC for a couple of months, I have noticed that the ram is only running at 2133 when the box says 3200. It is Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB RAM 3200, my motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-Z170XP-SLI, which says it supports 3200. CPU is in i7 6700k with a GTX 1070 and a 650w power supply...
