I'll consider 32gb. How does everything look as a whole? I'm also going to run MAC OS as a virtual machine so I can have access to Final Cut Pro and other apps in MAC.

A lot of video editing and multi-tasking. I'm editing a documentary so I don't want to cut any corners.

What do you think of these parts? I already have the power supply, DVD drives, sound card, network card, and case.
