Okay. Back to square one... With the new PSU in place it started shutting down again, so now I’m trying it on another PC. As I am downloading the driver, it is shutting off again randomly even without a game/FurMark running. I think my original diagnosis was right, it’s dying...

I fixed it. It turned out the PSU was the issue. I tried adding a second PSU just for the graphics card, and now it runs fine. But thanks for your help!
