Thanks for the clarification I think that ambient temp is the problem here. As for the perfomance on load its fantastic. Did some curve optimization and temp limit and so temps & clocks are better under load.

Yes, I made sure that the cpu is seated properly on the socket and I belive I did not over tighten it and yes I have removed the warning sticker on the heatpipe contact area.
