Thanks for the tip mate, ghetto-rigging an old cpu fan on with zipties worked nicely, only got 1 on for now until I get a splitter cable and its cool enough so should be nice n cool when they both on.

I tried using the 1 original working fan with a new one that did't work either. And tried just using the 1 original one its own didn't work :(

So my 1080ti was getting hot and 1 of the 2 fans wasn't spinning properly so I took them off and tried to clean it but accidentally snapped it off! bought replacement fans off Amazon installed them easily enough but they won't spin at all. Contacted Zotac who said maybe its faulty replacements...
