Question 1080ti replaced fans twice, still won't spin

So my 1080ti was getting hot and 1 of the 2 fans wasn't spinning properly so I took them off and tried to clean it but accidentally snapped it off! bought replacement fans off Amazon installed them easily enough but they won't spin at all. Contacted Zotac who said maybe its faulty replacements so ordered another set from a different place and they also don't spin. I've tripled checked all cables are seated correctly tried it in my other pc, manually forced the fans to spin in MSI afterburner I can't get it to work. Card is out of warranty. Is there anything else I can try here? the card itself still works fine it's a damn shame to lose a good card right now when I can't get a new one. Thanks

try the power cable to the other fan?

I tried using the 1 original working fan with a new one that did't work either. And tried just using the 1 original one its own didn't work

Thanks for the tip mate, ghetto-rigging an old cpu fan on with zipties worked nicely, only got 1 on for now until I get a splitter cable and its cool enough so should be nice n cool when they both on.
