So last week i upgrade my pc and few days ago my pc got error with hard booting it seems like everytime i shutdown my pc it always memory training and sometimes its succeed or its fail and no display can't even go to bios and then i bring my pc to the service center and after replacing the CPU its become normal again, so how to avoid something like this happen again in the future? cause it just1 week part i dont even change anything in BIOS but my BIOS have enabled EXPO since i upgrade my pc last week and when i tried to google it has something with IMC Cpu or something but im not sure as well

my pc spec
cpu: Ryzen 5 7500f
mobo: msi b650 tomahawk
ram : G.Skill Trident Neo RGB DDR5 32gb F5-6000
cooler : arctic liquid freezer iii pro 360
gpu : RTX 4060
PSU : Superflower leadex iii 850w
case : Meshify 2

Now after replacing the CPU im afraid to activate the EXPO profile and i wanna monitor it first if this can make it more stable and good for long term.

IMC = Internal Memory Controller,As opposite from early CPUs where memory controller was in the chipset, newer ones have it incorporated in CPU package. Ryzen has separate chiplet in the CPU package that is part of memory control. Your initial CPU must have had bad one as factory defect. (it happens some times, nothing is perfect).
7500F is kinda reject from making 7600x which is barely within specs to work at all so errors are not unexpected.
EXPO like XMP are instruction in the RAM for BIOS to set it up to work as fast as possible, essentially an overclock. When RAM is overclocked it requires higher voltage of IMC and if set too high it can damage it.
Except for not enabling EXPO/XMP (I doubt it was set automatically)and letting RAM run at base speed (2133MHz) there's not much you could do to prevent it, Make sure BIOS is updated to last version and that RAM voltage doesn't exceed what is specified for that memory (usually up to 1.35v and up to 1.1v for controller).
