It is not from a phone, I dont even have a phone in the room. I looked at the wires and nothing seems to be out of sorts inside the tower. This is bizarre and it is really pissing me off. This is the most annoying sound.

Yeah I did all that, installed newest ATI drivers first...then went to Omega drivers when Catalyst was locking up. I have ATI tools and set all the fan speeds...heat was not the issue, never got above 60.
