I have an older Ostrog Enermax computer case with 2 x4 HDD cages, and I don't have the original HDD trays. But the width of the cage is just under 4.5 inches and I can't find any HDD trays that are of that size. Right now I just have 3 2.5" drives screwed into the left side of the cage, it works...
