Getting a new GPU for Christmas. Was going to go for the R9 280 as it was about £20 cheaper than the 760 and it performs better (Average about 10fps higher) However just found out that the R9's are known to have artifacts and glitches. Have AMD fixed this now? Or should I go with the 760?

It all depends on what you use it for and for how long. You can also check to see if your laptop is on "Performance Mode", if it is change it to "Power Saving Mode".

Using a Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 with AMD FX 6300 OR use in a MSI Z87 G45 with Intel i5 4670K haswell.

Have Corsair XMS3 2x4gb 1600mhz C11 currently in my PC. I have spare Corsair XMS3 2x2gb 1600mhz C9. The 2x2gb one has a voltage of 1.65v and the other 1.5v as well as the different latency's. If I put the 2x2gb in my PC will they just run dual channel instead of quad channel with the other RAM...

For my new PC build I'm using a Acer P243W monitor. 24" 1920 x 1200 60hz refresh rate 2ms response time I tried another monitor and that didn't hurt my eyes at all. Is it because the actual screen is shiny (reflective), the other monitor wasn't. Please help

I was looking at the other cores and they only came at max to around 60% during gameplay.

I just tried playing Arkham City and that runs fine but also Core 1 went to max 100%. I think the CPU is performing fine though because the GPU has been the problem in other games.

Sorry for a late reply. Turned out the motherboard was faulty, got it exchanged. Boots up fine now, using it now. Thanks for all the help! :)
