hi guys i have the choice between ZALMAN CNPS7700-CU and the cooler master tx3 the zalman for 15 euros and the cooler master for 40 . i have a i5 750 lga 1156 . and planing to overclock a little . can the zalman do the work or should i take the cooler master ? . P.S : my budget is really tight

i have g skill ripjaws timing : 7-7-7-24 1600mhz but when i set the right voltage and timing i get more problems . and i allways have to re install windows again .

my only purpose for my pc is gaming so i should use IDE with these drives ? not ahci and not raid . am i right ?

and final question : does using IDE decrease FPS in games compared to AHCI or just the waiting time ? i thank you guys a lot for your time and fine answers

one of my hard drives is 1.5gb/s and the others i cant read anything on it just the date (december 2010) its a WD2500AAJS so in the end i should use IDE with both ?

so i should use IDE mode when i'm using sata drives ?

i've got 2 hdd 250gb each and when i put them in ahci mode my pc freezes all sata are ahci compatible right ?

i just checked clear i still think its a bios thing but i'm noob at bios so

it freezes with both rams and with all dimms positions i even tried to upgrade the bios and reseat it again but nothing
