i3 8100 b360m ds3h rx 570 masterwatt lite 500w 2tb HDD 120gb SDD 16gb DDR4 cpu temp is around 32c to 36c I have no idea about gpu temps disk usage seems to be stable at around 1-5% and no malware

So for about 6 months now ive been experiencing random lag spikes for no reason, it doesnt matter what im doing. A restart seems to fix it so I dont think its to do with overheating.

im currently trying to setup 3 monitors 1 of them is a dvi monitor the other is hdmi and the last is a vga monitor, but my graphics card only supports dvi, hdmi and displayport so i connected the vga one to my motherboard. But it wont work my specs are i3-8100 rx570 and a gigabyte b360m motherboard
