[SOLVED] Resale value on this PC?

I'm thinking about selling my PC but don't know what a good price is, I built it around 1 year ago. here are the specs:
I3 8100
Rx 570 8GB
16GB of ram
Gigabyte ds3h b360m
2TB HDD + 120GB SSD
Fracial design define C tempered glass
Some random 720p monitor
Logitech g502
And a logitech g213

Looking at used sold computers on eBay. I'd place it at $450 to $500. Although I suspect most people will try to knock some money off and get the computer without the monitor. Not many people want a 720p display. Nor would most people pay much extra for a higher end keyboard an mouse.
