So I am asking if anyone was in my shoes they would dump on the Radeon HD7990 and either get a single gtx780 or 2 gtx770 in sli mode and skip altogether the Titan and GTX690 6gb model?

Thanks for the feedback on everything. I only mentioned the Radeon HD7990 because in most benchmarks I have read and looked at it scored really high on games like BF3, Tomb Raider, Metro Last Light, and many others. I may go with a GTX780 if thats the card thats the best and better than Titan...

Right I agree with the 1866mhz ram. Are there any other brands besides Corsair that would be a better performing memory or bottom line that Corsair is the best option? I am wanting what will work and perform the best plus overclock and stay stable as well.
