The CPU is non-k, I am unsure if there is going to be a bottleneck.

Yeah, will the CPU cause a bottle neck? If it does how much would I be losing?

I need a floor stand for my 750D since its sucking up a lot of dust from my carpet and and a solid stand would help improve airflow anyway, the dimensions are 21.5" x 9.3" (inches) so it would need to fit that.

My PC as of now sits on carpet which is bad for airflow and sucks dust like crazy. Putting it on my desk is not an option, and I need a stand that fits corsair 750D vertically and horizontally.

I prefer liquid, but don't want to make a custom loop. I don't know if I want to overclock but preparation for some overclocking would be nice.

I am looking to purchase a Mini PC I can use when I travel in the summer and to use at home for some basic tasks like video editing and gaming. I would like power similar to a 1060 since thats what I'm used to. My budget is $1000. Thanks for your recommendations.
