Upgraded mobo and cpu and not getting lag anymore.

So i believe that my current mobo is broken because im getting terrible fps in games and ive checked everything.. so now im looking for a new one but i know nothing about picking one so if you please could help me choose one id be greatful. I dont want anything super expensive, 4 ram slots...

Ok never mind it was the other RAM card... Took them out 1 by one and fps went up from 0-5 to 60 with i5 integrated graphics... Still getting bad fps in cs tho :/
