Hi all! I bought a Optiplex 9020 MT motherboard and a new RTX 3050. Upon installing the PSU (600w) and plugging in the HDMI I recive no signal. The fans for the GPU along with the CPU cooler both spin. The GPU is fully plugged in besides the last piece on the end. Is this required? Thanks

Hi everyone, I recently bought this Optiplex 9020 MT and upon turning it on I am met with a screen telling me "no boot device has been found". In diagnostics it says no problems found, however it also says no Hard drive found. I have a ssd plugged in with the correct wires. Any help? Thanks
