seemed to have worked for twitter but could my browser be the reason i artifact randomly on other things? I used twitter cause its the easiest way to replicate it but it happens randomly on my desktop and all other programs too.

When the older drive is disconnected the boot time is faster. i dont want to stop using it even though i could live without it. is there anything i could do to it to improve boot times somehow or should i just cut my losses and get a new one?

I tried, Changed the boot times by a second or so on only one of them. tried both sticks in alone and boot times were always the same ±1 second difference. 36 second last boot time been the same since plugging in the two ssd's.

I only have 2 ssd's and a m.2 drive. Ive checked with samsung magician and all drives are healthy with the newest drivers. I dont think my drives have any health issues. I may just have to reformat them i guess.

That could be it. My motherboards error light for "cpu dram" does flash orange whenever booting for a while before turning red, then green then white and booting. I dont really feel like reinstalling all of my steam library with my speeds so id rather try something else before reformatting them...

i used diskpart to clean them and used disk manager to give them partitions, maybe i should do that?
