I think you should upgrade your GPU driver

Upgrade your BIOs software. I think this is because your BIO's software is corrupt upgrading it maybe helps you out.

What is your room temperature?...... I think you should take your laptop to a local laptop repair shop there are professionals who will definitely fix this for you. Also, I will advise you to buy a cooling pad for your laptop.

Try updating or reinstalling your operating system.Also update your BIOs software

Update your wifi driver. if this does not resolve your issue then there may be a problem with your wifi card.

There can be multiple reasons for this. The most common is your GPU may be dead. So I recommend you to go to your near PC repair shop to check for faults.

I have 16 GB of ram installed on my laptop. At its peak, 80% is in use because I have a habit of using multiple chrome browsers at the same time which uses mostly 80% of ram. I want to know is there any way to optimize ram uses so google chrome does not use that much ram.

Scan your system for viruses. Check your wifi/Ethernet driver and update it. Clean your Ram. Service Your System

Check your drive link it says "You need access ". How can we guide you if you didn't know what is your issue.
