No idea, there is 70+ background services and i recognize maybe 20 of them lol. The [Services tab] has like 200 services running. I would say well over half is simply windows being windows (bloat).

For the Selective startup it won't keep. I opened system config as admin and unchecked "load startup items", hit apply, hit ok and closed window. I reopen system config and its back to [Normal Startup]. So no idea about that, maybe that will help in some way i guess.

I just used the "sanitize" feature in my BIOS. Seemed to do the trick lol. Was limited because it had my OS on it. Copied it to a new NVME and because they were identical PC wouldn't let me wipe the old one for some reason. So i did it through my BIOS.

I have a 5600x and it is an excellent CPU, but you'll need a new MoBo like everybody said. Any AMD X570 board will work as far as i am aware.
