I have win 7 professional. I don't believe the personal version has the networking options and and control over updates and feature that I require

What level of windows and which version would you recommend? I know some levels do not offer the same level of control as others.

My experience with any windows systems beyond 7 seems to be very bloated and laggy. Is it my imagination or are they just very cumbersome OS's? The lack of control is a put off as well over alot of what I deem to be unnecessary functions. well, ones that are actually non critical.

I do not care for the intrusiveness and lack of system control beyond windows 7. the rest of the specs are in my signature.

another update... Ran EVE for about 10 minutes and it ran fine again. got my self situated and quit the game. back to two browser windows and running discord and everything is working normal again. GPU Shark says I am running about 60 Celcius and 140 F.

next update, used an autodetect driver tool from AMD/Radeon, and installed the driver. SYstem booted and video appeared to work normally. Ran FurMark and let the program stress the gpu or 5 minutes... eventually both fans spun up and continued from there. So I decided to run under the same...
