No. It does have an iDRAC port in addition to the two NICs. I have set the IP Address for the iDRAC but am wondering whether I should set the IP Address for the two NICs through BIOS or Hyper-V Server.

The server is an older Dell Power Edge with dual NICs and the OS is Hyper-V. I have the option to set the IP in BIOS and/or Hyper-V. Is there any advantage to setting it in BIOS versus Hyper-V or should I set it as the same in both locations ? Thanks.

Finally solved this thanks to tanaya-yt, after trying everything else. An old thread but I thought I'd add my fix for those who may still have this issue. Tanaya-yt's post directed me to check Event Viewer and my issue was with the MsiInstaller; it could not access the network location...
