The hard drive didn't spin when I connect it to the pc, so as I said, without any knowledge about hard drive, I wanted to see if something stuck inside the hard drive.

I just got curious with this. I know I'm stupid, but when I knew nothing about the hard drive, and there is this "not so precious" hard drive, I opened up the case and touched the actuator. Can it be recovered? or is it no use?
