Yes a fresh install of windows, then all drivers installed etc. I bought a new nvme drive so plan to reinstall windows again. Possibly today.

Check your memory by removing all but one module. Then swapping it over. Seems like you have a memory fault. Also try changing the slot the single module is in, in case one of the slots is faulty. Also try running a memory testing tool.

I bought this motherboard from ebay. The seller lists it as only been used for a month. I got it today, not tested yet as I'm waiting on other components, but I noticed some marks coming away from all of the solder points. Almost as if it has been sitting in some liquid. Any Ideas?

Make sure you are putting the files on to the storage card and not phone storage.
