Yea but when I turned Hibernation off before the fans kept running 24/7

So I seem to be having an issue when I OC my CPU. Whenever it goes into sleep mode->Hibernate and I try to take it back up, the PC turns on but there is no feed to my screen. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Specs AMD FX-6300 Asus M5A97 2.0 XFX R9 290DD Corsair H75 XFX TS 850W

So I figured it out, I was using the typical keys to get into bios and after a nice visit to the Asus website I found out I needed to be hitting DEL key. All is well again, thanks guys.

W7 was installed on a Dell MB and I now have the HDD in a Asus M5A97 2.0 MB

So I build my first PC a couple of months back and I used the HDD from my previous pc running W7. I want to go into the bios however I have a different MB and there is no option to get into the bios upon boot. I have all the disks, would it be easier to do a fresh W7 install and would that get...

its okay that W7 will already be installed on the hdd prior ro booting everything up on the new build? Also sorry for all the questions, it's my first build and while I have gone through installing OS's on fresh HDD's I have not done it on one like this.

How would you recommend me reinstalling the OS? On my current PC and move the hdd over or on the new one?

Should I install the drivers on a flash first? Also should I hook everything up and power the pc on then put the W7 install disk in?
