i am going to paint it with plastic-dip and i bought it because it was the best 1070ti for its price by far (black friday sale).

no the zotac backplate is an absolutely hideous yellow and grey and is very noticeable lol

i am also looking to repaint my GPUs backplate (Zotac 1070ti AMP EXTREME) and that will require me to replace the thermal paste. is the gpu and cpu compound the same?

Which is the best thermal paste for the Ryzen 5 2600x - i am going to keep the stock cooler until i have the money to upgrade but i want to have some good thermal compound.

Do you think i should go with the mortar to save some money?

I was initially going to go for an msi b450 tomahawk but lots of people have been saying to avoid the msi and gigabyte boards and go for an asus but the asus ones are very expensive and i don't want to spend over £100 (UK). Any MOBO suggestion or whether i should still go with the tomahawk?

I think I'm going to get the b450 tomahawk, but it is still quite expensive and i want to know if there are any better mobs for cheaper that still support the rgb and quality of the b450 tomahawk?
