Ok, I understand that the GPU is a bad idea, but what about the processor/motherboard combination?

    Is this Motherboard Good ?

http://motherboards.specout.com/compare/4075-6036-6044/Asrock-X99-Extreme4-vs-MSI-X99A-RAIDER-vs-MSI-X99A-GAMING-7 Here it looks to me that the ASRock is still better that the other two. Sorry for this questions, it's just that I want to pick the best one.

    Is this Motherboard Good ?

How is any of this motherboards better than the one I picked? I mean I can spend a bit more (not x2) but I just want it to be worth it.

What would you change about this build?

Well, I don't really know if it's more futureproof or not. I just think that it's a better mobo for the money you are spending. Also, if your system is for gaming I would probably recommend to go for 16 GB RAM. I'm not an expert, I'm just giving my opinion on this, keep it in mind.

Want to build a PC with medium config ...by a newbie

I see here on line that the 2755 is 249$ that would be only approx 30 more than the one you wanted to buy. In my opinion is worth it because of the refresh and response rate. All this factors would affect the gaming purpose of the pc, otherwise you can just get a regular, cheaper monitor that...

    6th gen i3 vs 5th gen i5

Definitely go for the i5. The generation gap is not bigger than the the i3 to i5 gap. One of the main things, as okcnaline mentioned, it has the turbo boost that increases the clock speed of the processor when needed by the system. In my opinion the i5 if way better.

Want to build a PC with medium config ...by a newbie

Sorry for asking, but what is your budget for this build? Also, the first thing that I could recommend you is to go for the Benq 27 Inch 2755HM, In my opinion is better that the one you selected. I'm going to get one for my new pc soon too.
