    OS Migrating Help

I have recently purchased an SSD as an upgrade for my laptop, and the plan is to move the OS over while keeping all my other files on the old hardrive. The issue that I am running into is that the cloning/migrating software is trying to move all the contents onto the SSD since the OS does not...

Is this build worth its €880?

Since you decided on Ryzen, I highly recommend you get at least 3000 mHz RAM, as Ryzen benefits so much more with higher speed RAM

As far as the 1050 Ti, just look for the cheapest one, the speeds on the different ones make a very small difference in performance. As for i7 vs Ryzen 7, there are several videos on benchmarks of the two to show which one performs better of the two

    Building My PC

the 5 1400 is a quadcore just like the i5, but has 8 threads. And there is no such thing as "mixing" AMD and nVidia or Intel and AMD products

    Building My PC

Solid build, but I would suggest getting a Ryzen CPU instead for either the same or better performance for less $$ I would suggest gettin the Ryzen 5 1400 for great price-to-performance ratio

    Thoughts in my budget build

Then use the extra money for a cheap AIO watercooler that is $40, because you would want to OC either one for the extra performance

The stock cooler is actually pretty good, but you can even get an after market one with the money you save. As for longevity, you'll most likely buy a new CPU before it gets "burned out" (and I really don't believe that OC shortens the life of a CPU)

    Thoughts in my budget build

The only difference between the 1400 and the 1500X is the base clock speed......and they both have the same max OC speed as well.....so there is literally no reason to spend more on the 1500X
