So, to start of with, I have an HAWK AMD R9 270x GPU. Here is what it does. It does this maybe 1 or 2 times every day. I have had some heat issues aswell, think I solved those by setting a fan on top of my tower blowing down for now. If you need more info lemme know and I'll replay asap.

yes, i get the same result when i remove the card and when i remove the ram. NOTE: not everything is hooked up to the power supply, whenever i connect the system fans and go to turn it on the lights come on for a split second then it just dies. I also dont have the CD ROM connected
