Having Troubles With My Computer.

Hello,

SPECS:
CPU
GPU
RAM
Motherboard
Power Supply: 600W

I have been having some troubles with my computer recently. I just installed a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM (The problem happened before this). Whenever I open Chrome (Only chrome for some reason) my screen does this weird thing where I can't see anything. I have tried reinstalling chrome already a few times. It doesn't affect my other monitor and I use my ps4 on the monitor it does the thing on and it doesn't have any problems with it.

If you need anymore info to help me solve this problem, please let me know.

Try a different version of graphics driver, it may be a bug within that specific version.
