Aha - it is playing up again and again - whether I use firefox or Chrome. I just notice when I went into my pics that they all had the "s" icon on, and when I clicked on them (they were supposed to be pics of grandkids) - it says Error; 'self" is undefined code 800A1391 Source Microsoft...

Well how would I know what the clipboard holds. How come I could post that correct information on to a blank word document, and then do it again in the family history program (which came out as a date) (I posted it to a word document to see what would paste.)
