It goes through the windows setup, but after it restarts and boots the SSD it puts me back into BIOS

I have this new SSD where I want to install windows to. I boot the usb windows installer, select the SSD drive to install on. And it then reboots on the SSD but throws me back into the BIOS. I don't know where I am going wrong.
