Question Windows Installation on new SSD not working

I have this new SSD where I want to install windows to. I boot the usb windows installer, select the SSD drive to install on. And it then reboots on the SSD but throws me back into the BIOS. I don't know where I am going wrong.

Does it actually go through the Windows install process?

It goes through the windows setup, but after it restarts and boots the SSD it puts me back into BIOS
