Just figured it out. DIMM slot 4 wasn't working correctly so we just switched to using slot 1 and 3 instead of 2 and 4 and it started working fine. Thanks for the reply.

We just built a pc and when we turn it on it’s just turning off and on over and over without ever displaying anything to the monitor. We had the pc working a little bit ago but it didn’t detect one of the ram sticks so we reseated it and now it’s just stuck in this loop. Any ideas? Thanks edit...

So I have windows 10 right now and am planning to upgrade my cpu, motherboard, and my ram. Do I need to buy windows again or can I somehow transfer it over to the new motherboard/cpu? If I can transfer the windows how do I do it? Thanks
