guys i just gor a brand new i7 12700k and a cooler master 240m cooler and when i put the cpu under 100% stress it peaks at 87c degrees, and the idle temperature is 40c which i think is high? guys what should i do? is 240m weak for this cpu?

Does that mean that my case is bad? There are 5 fans in total 2 on the top exhausting 2 on front pulling in, and one in the back exhausting too. Also i feel alot of heat coming out of the top fans so they are definitely working but I wonder if they are working good enough?

I will order a 12th i9 for cpu. I heard that in worst case scenario the i9 will consume 250w for few seconds and the 3080ti consumes around 300w i think? Adding these up makes it 600w at most considering other parts as well, so the remaining 400w is not used

Guys i just ordered a Rog strixx 1000w psu along with a 3080ti, but i kinda feel like i didn't need this expensive psu? What do you think?

I've the same corsair kit, and i had to increase the dram voltage to 1.37 to get it work at 3600mhz, my cpu is i5 8400

Aha thanks, so lower timings are better. I wonder if i can bring it even lower like cl13? Cuz right now its running stable with 1.4 volts

I'm able to run in both if these speeds with a little bit of voltage increase, so my question is which one is better

guys i bought a new pair of rams yesterday and when i put it in and turn XMP on my pc doesn't boot, it only boots if i increase the voltage up to 1.38, is this ok? shouldn't it run without tweaking the voltages?
