You'renot getting new stuff, mate! I recomment you a Z97 motherboard and a new generation video card (R9). Also the 4790k is newer and better than 4770k, and 8GB of ram would be enough if you need to save some money to get better GPU!

GPU is more important than CPU for gaming, so i would get the 770! But maybe you can upgrade it to 4670 if you get 280x ;)
