So I'll be getting my hands on a BitFenix Prodigy Mini ITX Case, however, it uses 3.0 headers, and my motherboard doesn't support 3.0. Can I replace these? Where could I find some USB 2.0 headers that fit the case?

Umm E-300 is a Notebook CPU, the FX-series are Desktop. You can't interchange them. You also can't replace the E-300, because it is soldiered into the socket, so you can't remove it. If I were you, I'd invest in a new system. Like THIS It's actually a great system for being so cheap
